My company specializes in growing Flower / cannabis, with over 40 years growing experience. We also produce oils, waxes, final products, and edibles.
I call the plant flower out of respect for the plant.
I am looking for many investors, for what will be the LARGEST grow in California up to 30,000 acres plus. Average size of a grow in California is 4,000 sq. ft.
The benefits to growing on an Indian
1. No license needed on the Indian Nation
2. No canopy size restrictions to follow on the Indian Nation
3. No plant counts to make on the Indian Nation
4. No taxes to pay on the Indian Nation
5. No video monitor local or state government
6. No water limits
I will be growing flower on an Indian Nation in California. My team and I will make 12 harvests a year per POD.
I have over 40 years of growing experience. I am a master gardener not a master grower
I have worked for 42 months growing 1000 pounds of flower per month in Arizona. That is 6 tons a year. Legally.
High Desert Natural started in 2014 as a very small enterprise, in a village just north of Tucson Arizona. This was located in the High Desert of southern Arizona, in a place called Catalina.
I started this company when a friend who came back from the war in bad shape. He was on 27 pills a day, in 90 days he was down to 2 pills a day. THAT IS THE HEALING POWER OF FLOWER.
In the beginning I was still growing at about the 10 (lbs.) a month. Then I found out about the new law in Arizona. I was under a rock. I jumped in with both feet. Watch for this story on A PODCAST. It is really good. To grow I needed to experiment, I had become a master gardener, and I already had organic and inorganic chemistry classes under my belt. I needed a nursery and genetics department.
High Desert Natural PURPOSE is to produces ONE PRODUCT that is the highest quality flower at THE VERY best price. To produce and protect all strains history and future in a genetic bank
I will never be beaten at either, the 1) highest quality flower or 2) the very best price. If you find different please call me on my personal line. 323.383.7395 so I can personally investigate.
High Desert Natural has one MISSION that IS to follow our tribes believes that came out of the 60s and 70s of LAST CENTURY.
Those believe are;
Last century wow... so many wonderful memories, and so much to be grateful FOR.
Followed by producing the highest quality flower and sell it for the best price. In many cases 50% less then the going rate. Then selling our product in the coolest, happiest place possible.
I will never maximize profits, to my customers, it is personal to me!!! This statement a lone would disqualify me from venture capital firms.
BUT; with 30,000 areas I can grow and sell more than California can use.
These were not the exact words, of the tribe back then, but the words that embraces the tribe’s believes from those incredible times.
Today High Desert Natural embraces these believes of the 60s and 70s of the last century, in it’s business model and after the sale. We will only produce the best flower, which does not cost any more.
Then as far as the company's marketing strategies--- provide for the absolute best customer buying experience which had its roots in my Jr. high and high school days of the early to mid-70s, and has evolved over the decades. WOW, hiding from mom and dad, at 12 midnight.
These marketing strategies produce such great memories for my generation, and the new generation to come.
This marketing strategy was limited to only 300 people once a month, (150 people in the industry +1) in an area north, of my little village north of Tucson, in the very high Desert.
In California this will be limited to 600 a weekend in 4 different cities or 2400 people in total. Half, 300, are mover and shakers, 300 +1.
If you want to look up the area, look for the Biosphere 2, north of Tucson. The land is south of a very little town called Oracle. Just a few miles from this town, was where I did all my marketing. I sold out for 42 months straight. Because of the laws in Arizona I was short every month by 200 to 300 pounds.
While that was a great time in my life and another very cool story, coming to podcast soon, it is time for me to move up to the next level, from a commercial grower to an industrial grower.
California is like 5 to 6 times larger than Arizona by population, and many times more accepting of Flower than Arizona. On to the Indian Nation there are no rules, no license, no taxes, no canopy size limits for growing and no water limits. In addition my team and I have identified an untapped market that we have prepared marketing systems to go after. I have estimated this new market to be $8,000,000 per month.
I'll write this story up and also put it on a podcast.
There is a little more on marketing below. I have designed a marketing system that has no match at this time.
I am not worried about being copied because 1 even cost $50,000 in Tucson. Most likely $150,000 to $200,000 every Saturday, per night in California, it will be 2x the size.
MOM and DAD;
A long time ago I was hire by mom and dad in that small Village in the high desert, as a master gardener, not a master grower. I was the grower for them, and, their company the holders of the license, per the laws in Arizona. I was not the owner. 1 year later I was promoted to handle 30 security men, than promoted again to handle the dispensary in addition. I grew 1000 pounds (lbs.) a month for 42 months. That is 6 tons of flower I grew a year. In California I will grow 15 tons per month. It sold, back than for $2000 a lb. I made the owners $2,000,000 a month. It was a $1,000,000 profit a month
Today in California I will be selling wholesale for about $800 / lb. and $4,500 / lb. retail. Net to the company $2500. I will sell retail thought out the complete state of California.
This is in my new market, using my internal App, following California state law.
We called the owners, (2 ex hippies from the 50s and 60s), mom and dad. These names were their marijuana names. Mom passed away not too long an ago and we found out that dad had a bad case of some awful memory condition.
They had a basement full of cash, still do, in fact, 12 large gun safes of cash. I built the basement and personally put the safes in for them.
All this, was a legal operation in the state of Arizona. All of this is cover by a signed none disclosure agreement.
I started growing in 1972 or 73; I was 12 or 13, the oldest of ten children of one mom and 1 dad. Over summer vacation our mom and dad, would drop us older kids off for about 30 plus days in Flint Michigan, as I remember, me, my brother and 1 little sisters with grandpa and grandma. We lived in Detroit just off 8 mile road. I think it was my mom's and dad summer vacation time.
We would work in grandpa and grandma restaurant in Flint Michigan (bread sticks, bread, OMG the bread, and fresh butter, pizza, Greek salads, gyro and subs,) and get paid like $1 an hour. That was so much fun. We thought we were rich when we got paid. At night sometimes we would go over our uncle's house, to play with our cousins, my mother's brother. I guess to give grandpa and grandma a break.
My uncle owned a car junk yard. These were very popular back then. It was also in Flint Michigan and it was full of wrecked cars. Later in my teen years, I built my first car there.
In the back of the junk yard my uncle and his brothers, my other uncles, cleared a small area and grew flower AKA cannabis.
I took to growing plants, flowers and other vegetables like nothing else.
The sun, the rain, the dirt, I just loved the dirt.
So my uncles taught me how to grow flower. My brother and sisters hated dirt.
I never looked back.
Oh the statute of limitations is over. LoL
I can remember growing about 10 to 15 plants during the summer back then, and through Jr. High, / high school and 8 years of college, it was so profitable.
Back then MY $50 investment would make $15,000 if memory serves. Seeds, free, dirt, free, water, free, fertilizer, $5, electric $45.
The memories of the school yard, back in Cleveland Hts. Ohio, the weekend parties, and the brownies. Back then you were allowed to smoke cigarettes (and it appeared pot on the school yard, as long as you shared with the teachers, seriously the 70s were a special time in America). All of our teachers grew up and went to U, in 67 the summer of love.
WITH MY MARKETING SYSTEM 1 DAY A MONTH, WE WILL LET OUR HAIR DOWN, AND LIVE IN THE PAST. I don't have any hair, I shave my head, but I will be there having the best of time.
"99 grams by Richard, mean 250 +1 movers and shakers get 99 grams free. +1 get 9 grams.
With the green Stamp program 1 to 4 weeks of vacation a year. The choices are many and growing.
Then in Tucson, High Desert Natural came into being. I went into commercial growing level, when a friend came back from the war, on 27 pills a day. In 3 months he was down to 2 pills a day. A great story, I will write it up and put it on a pod cast. In just a short time from now, I will be moving from a commercial grower to an industrial grower. This is only possible with the great classes and labs from the master gardener course plus learning how to scale UP ALL that to 1000 lbs. a month working for mom and dad here in the high desert north of Tucson.
Please Please please, get everyone suffering from PTSD started on flower. NOT the CBD stuff, the THC stuff. If you can not afford flower and can show a diagnosis of PTSD, get a hold of me once I start my new grow.
If you want to be in a study come see me, no cost. California residences only at this time. Starting shortly.
Several other studies are planned to start.
I will be growing and marketing 2500 lbs. a month in 1 POD, (there will be up to 10 PODs) on an Indian Nation in California. A POD is a 40,000 square foot hoop house, divided into 4 10,000 sq. ft. units, with 2 layers of 6 mil black plastic. The black plastic will be specially treated to make it many times stronger and to make the plastic last forever. There are 2 more layers in different areas. I grow in a sterile environment and never use artificial anything or pesticides.
my team and I are now working on mechanical AI trimming machine. Why because there is a sever shortage of workers in my industry.
MARKETING OF THE FINAL VALUABLE PRODUCT;
Marketing is divided into 2 major phases.
1. Marketing programs
2. Green stamp program
Each of the above 2 phases is broken down into several other sections.
SIGNATURE LINE OF FLOWER;
Each and every sales event will have several signature lines that each of my PODs will produce for me under my direct supervision. These signature lines have produced a great deal of money, upon introduction all proceeds go to the food Bank. This is about 3000 cans of food and $30,000 a month. much more in California.
My team and I have a Reserve Line also.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH;
Thank you very much to my team, I could not have accomplished this without your love, support and kindness.
Thank you for reading my webpage, I hope to meet you all someday.
